There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. If you decide to cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. We'll help you transition smoothly, including making sure you have all your data.

For the Security Essentials and Full Enterprise plans, you'll need Windows 11 Pro. If you don't have it, no worries — we include the upgrade as part of the setup process. The Tech Support plan works with any version of Windows.

The one-time setup fee covers the initial configuration of your device: installing and configuring Microsoft 365, setting up Defender for Business, enrolling your device in Intune, enabling BitLocker encryption, and making sure everything is working correctly. It's a hands-on process that typically takes 1–2 hours.

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time. We'll handle the migration and setup of any additional services. You'll only pay the difference in the setup fee if applicable.

With Security Essentials, you get Microsoft 365 Business Basic — which includes web and mobile versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus a business email address and 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage. If you need the full desktop Office apps, those are included with the Full Enterprise plan.
